RBC recently provided me with auto insurance. Throughout the process, the person who supported me was patient, flexible, and dependable. Without complaint, he took his time to clarify each step. With his constant assurance and effort, he turned a tense circumstance into a good experience. He went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. This was by far the most enjoyable conversation I've ever had with someone I'd never met.
