Staging the GTA

Sabrina and her team were phenomenal. She was very prompt to reply, and always accessible during the consultative process. We were on a tight schedule to get the house prepared and she accommodated us quickly. Her decor is varied and contemporary- but more importantly: her ability to complement her stage pieces with our existing furniture was crucial. In this way- our house continued to feel like a home: and I believe this was very important when buyers were visiting. Our photographer was genuinely impressed by the layout, and advised that it was setup well not just for in-person walk-throughs, but also to capitalize on pictures and the online presence. Sabrina truly cared about us as people selling our forever home- more than just clients. She took the time to understand what was important to us- the areas of our home we wanted to emphasize, and provided supportive and objective feedback to organize the perspectives of several family members into a coherent vision. She gave us confidence and pride in putting our home on display. We could not have been happier with the results, and our experience with her. Amazing work provided by Staging The GTA. Fast and friendly service. Sabrina came to our home to check out our current decor, she gave us advice on what to remove and took care of the rest. Her team was quick and clean in regard to their installation of all the new furniture to stage our home. The home looked great and we sold our house quite fast due to the appearance. We even went and bought similar things that Sabrina used to stage our house as we loved the quality and the design. Will be using this service again next time I need to stage my home! Ive been in the real estate business for a few years now and the Staging The GTA team are the only people that I continue to use. They have a great eye and attention to detail and will work tirelessly to get your listing ready. Ive had nothing but excellent, top tier experiences with them. Quick and efficient staging and destaging and theyre always on time. They are really great people and working with them is always fun! Have zero plans to use anybody else in the future. Thanks, guys!
