Ordered a leather jacket from these guys....it was right on with the time they said it would take ( mine was a totally tailored for me..measurements etc.) When it arrived it was not only what I hoped for but LITERALLY exceeded expectations!! Fit PERFECTLY...looks AWESOME!!!...Super happy with purchase!!

I ordered a jacket on Sept. 9th, 2022 and it was delivered on Oct. 24th, 2022. The quality was barely passable, honestly maybe $150 overpriced. However, the real issue was with customer service. The jacket needed alterations so I asked if I could send it back to get it adjusted, as per their return policy. I was told not to send it before mid-November, as they would not be able to work on the alterations before that. I sent it back and I have yet to receive my jacket, as of mid-February 2023. I checked in 7 times in January and February, and I keep getting evasive answers. I was told that the tailor left for a family emergency and the jacket was with him, hence the delay. A 2-month family emergency is quite the ordeal indeed. I have asked for my money back and they keep dodging. I would not have paid more than $100 if I had seen a jacket like that in a store, and dealing with Lusso customer service is tantamount to having a second job, so I'm going to suggest you look elsewhere for a leather jacket. Aggressive marketing and a custom-made gimmick are poor substitutes for quality and customer service, which are sorely lacking here, not to say non-existent.

They make great jackets here. Attention to details during the construction of the jacket. I get lots of complements on my jacket. It kept me warm during my trip in europe. Extremely happy with my purchase.
