I wanted to wait to give this review to give future clients an idea on Victoria while buying AND selling a property. I met Victoria at 11 when my family purchased a home. I remembered her as being very kind. Almost 18 years later, I contacted Victoria to ask her if she could assist my husband and I in selling a property ( that we purchased with a different realtor. BAD IDEA) and helping us finding our forever home. Selling process: Victoria was thorough but not intrusive. We have two toddlers at home and we wanted the process to be as effortless as possible. She said she could sell it in less than a week and she did it without us having to be displaced for too long. We also didnt have to stress about our kids messing up our model home. She went through all of the offers and gave us some amazing advice. In the end, we were confident with our decision and sold our home for a great price. Buying process: Now, my family dealt with Victoria over 18 years ago when my parents purchased their forever home ( which is still perfectly maintained and still loved). Shes still got it ! My husband and I went looking with Victoria and we told her everything we wanted in a home and the locations we loved. We found our dream home and Victoria worked her magic to get us the best price and to secure us our home in this crazy market. We dont know how she did it but she got it done. All realtors are not the same. A property is a huge investment and moving is such a pain. If you want to buy with confidence or sell for maximum dollar then go with Victoria.
