Nicole at this location has been fantastic. She really knows her stuff and was very helpful in ensuring we got back every dollar owned. She was through and took her time to make sure my families taxes were done and on time. Worth the money to have it done right.

My tax preparer, Nicole was fantastic! She was easy to work with, friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in helping you . I highly recommend her. I'm glad to have met her. Thank-you Nicole! Also, the young lady at the front desk is very friendly and the overall office vibe is great!

The service was fine but I was absolutely shocked when I got to know they were charging me $200 to file the simple personal income taxes for me and specially when they charged more than $100 for my wife who recently landed in Canada and didn't even have any income. Seriously, this much money to just enter the simple details is frustrating. When I used the online software(Turbotax) to see how much my tax return would be and it was same. The software would have cost me $40-50 to file. I used to work with a Personal Income tax filer and he used to charge me $35 to file the taxes, hence, lessons learned on where to file the taxes going forward. Though I don't want to say bad things about H&R as their service was fine but I really hope they charge their customers reasonably.
