        I had filed my taxes last year with this place and due to a failure on their behalf i never popped up in their system so i had to pay more money than i would anywhere else to just get my taxes done and when i told them i did in fact file with them the woman doing my taxes refused to belive it due to me not being in their system i wont be returning the next time i do my taxes the first time was friendly and the lady than was really sweet and walked me through the process but the second time was a nightmare.
