Nathan did a fantastic job on our bathroom renovation. He tiled our shower and installed heated tile floors. He was reliable and communicative throughout the entire process. Superior craftsmanship at competitive pricing - would recommend Nathan without hesitation.

This review is 6 months late, please forgive me Nathan! We contacted Nathan in May 2022 after a previous tile installer completed work in our primary bathroom that was sloppy and poor quality. Our initial meeting with Nathan was scheduled over Google Duo which was certainly a change from other contractors we have hired. We shared the details of our first experience and just went over the scope of work we were looking to have completed (again). Nathan asked good questions and we could tell he was really listening to understand our needs. There was another follow up virtual meeting where he presented what he took away from the first meeting to ensure both parties agreed with what was to be completed which we were. Both meetings were scheduled at a convenient time in the evening, and Nathan was on time and prepared. He scheduled the date for the work, and not surprisingly, started on time. Nathan was clean, organized, and took great care to put protection down over carpets and our wood stairs. He left the bathroom at the end of the workday in a neat and respectful manner, and as he also used the garage, it received the same level of care. Nathans approach to everything is very detailed, at a high quality, and well thought out. From his organization of tools and materials to the layout of the tile, no detail is too small. He used quality waterproofing and underlayment products which was important to me. He spent a good amount of time considering the tile layouts to ensure the best possible results and he worked with us, through effective communication, to guarantee we were satisfied with the final product. Since this was our only tub and showering bathroom, we were careful in our consideration of the materials and final look of the room, and Nathan totally delivered our vision. From the aria floor vent aligning perfectly with the grout lines, to the quartz-surrounded niche (his recommendation), we absolutely love the look of everything. He communicated exceptionally well during our time with him, is personable and friendly, and delivers a high-quality product and experience as a professional. After a long search to find someone to do our kitchen backsplash I couldnt be more thrilled to have found Nathan from All in D-Tiles. Nathan was an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. He was always prompt, professional and incredibly helpful with all of our questions many of which were well outside the scope of what we were hiring him to do. We chose a herringbone pattern, which is not easy in an old house where nothing is level, walls are rounded and surprises pop up every time we do a renovation but Nathans meticulous attention to detail and passion for complicated projects ensured that it all turned out perfectly. The job took 3 days to complete, which was exactly what he told us it would take and he did an amazing job! Not only were we thrilled with the results but we didnt even know he was here while he was completing the job. He was quiet as a mouse, incredibly clean and efficient, cleaning up at the end of every day so that we could use the kitchen in the evening. I would recommend Nathan any day, a solid 10 our of 10 and 5 stars all the way. Service: Tile work installation
