First experience with Mister Transmission, and I was very impressed from the moment I called and inquired about an appointment. I was greeted by Ken at the shop, and we took a test drive to see if I should've been worried. He assured me I was fine but also helped price out some transmissions on the off chance something went wrong. I like the fact that he was open and honest and didn't try to sell me what I didn't need. I hope not to go back, but if I have a transmission issue, I know I'll come here.

Ken and his team were amazing. I had an issue with my Honda CRV that according to one of their service advisors, Parkway Honda felt they could not fix, so upon recommendation from my brother, I went to MT. Ken did a free road test, and although busy, he still dropped me off at work. He diagnosed the issue. The left front wheel bearing needed to be replaced.
