        They come out about 50 miles on bush road to fill our tanks (100 lbs) once/ twice a year & they will be coming in the spring to either change the valves or tank itself; all included in our rental cost ! So obviously,I cant complain ! When there is something Im not sure off they are always available Thank you Lyne for your excellent service!!!

        I am very concerned with your service. My fathers tanks are damn near empty!!! His delivery has been postponed for over a week. Hes an 80 year old man, waiting on propane to heat his house!!! It is February here in northern Ontario with frigid temperatures in the last couple weeks. This is not the first time hes had to wait to get his tanks filled. He currently has electric heaters spread around the house to keep warm. He fears his tanks will run dry tonight. He cant even see the needle on the gauge anymore. So disgusted with you poor service to seniors! Ill be making sure he changes providers very soon.
