Bakery By The Lake, is new spot in Port Carling, and is definitely worth visiting when in town! Theres a great selection of delicious treats offered, which are all made in house. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the Chef was extremely friendly and helpful. I tried their macrons (mango, strawberry cheesecake, and chocolate) which were filled with flavour, and simply amazing. The danish and butter croissants were delectable. I also tried their cupcakes, brownies and mini loafs and they were all equally delicious, you can taste the quality and dedication put into these treats. Overall, I would highly recommend this bakery to anyone looking for a tasty treat to pair with a cup of coffee, while taking a stroll around town.

Clean and tidy tucked away right next to the main street of Port carling the perfect stop in for dessert or coffee needs as you wander the town.

The pastries were fresh and delicious. You can tell how much passion Sue (the owner) puts into her craft when you eat these goodies. It's more than worthwhile to visit.

Awesome new bakery in Port Carling. Visited on opening day. Good selection of pastries, macrons, Swiss rolls, brownies, mini loaf, pineapple coconut tarts etc. Definitely worth visiting if you are in the area. Sue bakes everything fresh in store.
