"Everything met our expectations. The home was beautifully appointed, proximity to Blue Mountain was perfect and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable, the laundry facilities were perfect for our large family with small children. The kitchen was a chefs dream, there was an impressive room for drying skiwear and ski boots and the basement games room was perfect for all ages. Not to mention the hot tub outside to relax at the end of the day! Thank you for providing us with a lovely spot to spend our post-Christmas holiday!"

The cottage was perfectly set up and extremely well stocked with everything from kitchen supplies to board games - everything was in working order and we had a great time. The booking itself, through concierge service was all seamless and Kim was very responsive. Overall, it was a great experience, both the rental concierge company (Jaynes) and the cottage itself. We would definitely use the Jaynes cottages service again.

From the outset, Jayne's operated professionally and really provided a gold standard level of service. The initial cottage we tried to book was not available over the dates that we wanted and Jayne's worked with us to find a cottage that met all our needs. Throughout the process we were well informed and kept up to date. Upon arrival, our cottage manager Marci was friendly and very helpful. She coordinated an early check in that allowed us more time in the lake! And when we found the DVD player not working, she had a new one delivered the same day. She even remembered that my son was a right handed shot and sent over a right handed hockey stick with the DVD player that we could use on the courts! In short, the whole process of booking with Jayne's was seamless. The cottage itself was perfect. Suited our extended family well. The location was beautiful (exactly what we wanted in a Georgian Bay setting). The cottage was comfortable and well equipped. It really had a family feel to it and we appreciate all the family touches the owners had around the place. It was evident that many happy family getaways had occurred here over the years!
