        I love this place, the workouts are intense and Chelsea is absolutely wonderful. She is always smiling and gives you nothing but good vibes and pushes you to push yourself! Spin and sculpt is a great blend of weights and movement followed by a punishing 25 mins of spin. The gym is small which is great for me!!

        Studio 3 is a absolutely wonderful! Great classes, amazing instructors, positive community! Classes are easy to book using the Mind and Body ap. Great space, bright space! I have learned so much and have gained a ton of confidence!
