        This company I thought for years was a great part of this community but unfortunately after time and time of bad experience, poor treatment and extremely poor communication I chose to leave for a more hands on and company that works with there clients not for there money.

        Ive had automotive and home insurance insurance with this broker for 2-1/2 years. I find it impossible to get replies in a timely matter. Ive been asking for a quote on commercial liability insurance for 2-1/2yrs and yet to receive any quotes. Ive been trying to add another vehicle to my automotive policy and this broker just does not reply to emails (phones just go to voicemail). Im now looking a switching everything over to a broker that is not FCA.

        We want to thank Irene Beck our insurance broker. We have dealt with Irene for a number of years now. She has always gone above and beyond to help us get the best suited policy for our needs. Lately we have had to change certain policy arrangements on one of the two properties we have. Irene is always quick to get back to us and so helpful. We made a point about two years ago to stop in Port Carling and pay her a quick visit and a thank you in person. After years of doing business together she would always ask how my mom was doing. It feels like a personal relationship. Thank you Irene Linda and Peter Weiland
