        The lady everyone is referring to is a NIGHTMARE! She sends mail back even though she knows who you are. many ppl have reported her to head office with nothing done! But lets not forget to give credit where credit is due! The post master Veronica is AMAZING , always goes above and beyond and is always trying to fix Grumpys mistakes. Well done Veronica! You are the reason we keep coming back! And good for you for ALWAYS staying so positive when you have to deal with that negative nancy every day!

        There are 2 good/helpful employees and one complete nightmare to deal with. We all know the one. Before you can even speak, she is giving you a reason why something can't be done. The only way she has kept her job... Unionized. Avoid this location if you can.

        Very poor service, very rude and unprofessional. Will not even look for a package that is not directly in their line of sight or check newly arrived mail. Phone rings picks up and hangs up. This is what our tax dollars are paying for? Fire the office staff and hire someone who enjoys their job and provides actual customer service. I wish I could give a 0 star rating but that's not an option. Very disappointed!
