To the team from Loon Call who attended our Brandy Lake cottage today: you took on a job that you had never done with a piece of equipment you had never seen and did a splendid job. After several weeks of frustration on my part, you agreed to come within a few days. Your team worked together to figure out the problem and solved it!!
