We decided to look for cottages in the Muskoka area in 2020 with Carrie and Jack. It was a challenging journey considering the cottage prices hiked up due to COVID, however Carrie and Jack made the process smooth for us and helped us tremendously with our decision. They are amazing and we are so happy that we followed their expertise and great advice regarding each property that we visited. They stopped us multiple times from making a huge mistake and we are so happy to have them as our guide in this matter. I wish I could give more than five stars. Big thank you to Jack & Carrie for helping us buy our cottage. They were amazing in every step of the way and have made this process rather easy and enjoyable. They are so honest, professional, and extremely patient. On a few occasions, we were advised against making certain decisions and so glad we listened. It was an absolute pleasure working with them. We were referred to Jack through a neighbor which had recently sold their cottage. We had a property that we wished to sell but did not want to have the listing to be too high profile. Jack made some discreet inquiries and identified a party that would be interested. We were able to negotiate a fair price and were quite happy with the sale. I should point out that this was during the time of Covid and although we chatted often over the phone we were unable to actually meet with him and his wife.
