We were referred to the Aben team by a realtor friend in Toronto who highly recommended them. And she was right! John, Mark and their whole team (office manager, stager, photographer etc.) could not have been more professional, competent and responsive. We sold the cottage long-distance from Toronto which made it more complicated, but they took it all in stride and made the whole process so easy for us. Mark Aben was the listing Agent on a Muskoka Cottage my wife and I purchased in Sep of 2020. The negotiation and transaction was done with professionalism of someone who knows the business.
