Doug helped us with the purchase of our cottage in September 2022. He was very patient, knowledgable, friendly and professional as we worked with him for over a year till we finally found the cottage we wanted. We never felt pressured to buy. In fact, he helped steer us away from certain properties. He was good at noticing defects or repairs that were needed to the cottages we looked at. When we finally put in an offer, he had very good advice. We never felt like he was pressuring us to make a purchase or to raise our offer price beyond the limit we had set. We would gladly work with Doug again if we need a real estate agent sometime in the future.
