Turtle Jack's Port Carling

I went there with my friends we were served with the food first which was also like half an hour wait and then after we even finished our food we waited another half an hour for drinks we requested so many times to get drinks but no one was even ready to serve us and when we ordered the main course after few mins the server said it is out of stock but the same dish was served in another table It was worst experience really felt people there as racists Server name was Liz but not only she all servers there were not serving us properly

All burgers burnt, all fettuccine dry, the rest of the pasta is bland, and the food took an hour+ to come out. Very disappointing considering the premium prices for below mediocre food. Wasnt a good dinner for our grandparents big 50th anniversary. The only positive experience was our familys company and servers were kind (but its their job to be).
