I echo many of the sentiments of Susan's review. I booked the massage at the beginning of a writing retreat, hoping to transition from the drive to the setting. I also had an injury I was tending, so I looked forward to some TLC for my body, some pain relief and relaxation from the massage. I wasn't prepared for what I experienced! Jason was professional and hospitable throughout our session and personalized the treatment to address both my issues and my desire for TLC. He was knowledgeable, engaging and wise, attentive to my body and the conversation, and able to follow my lead on both. I received balm for my weary body and soul and left energized, hopeful, a little wiser about how to care for myself and thrilled that there are people in the world like him. I am so sad that he is so far away. I'd be a regular for sure if he was closer!

Generally, when i book a massage at an inn or resort, Im expecting a bit of pampering and relaxation. Well, I was not prepared to receive possibly the best massage of my life with my appointment with Jason. Jason took extra time at the beginning of our session to really understand the possible sources of my muscle tightness. He tailored my session to specifically target these areas. The release I felt after the treatment was incredible, and the sense of well being persisted several days. Jason ended our session demonstrating exercises he felt would be helpful for me. I have had a total mind shift regarding massage treatment. I see it now as an essential tool to health and well being, and will be incorporating it regularly into my lifestyle. Many many thanks.
