        The manager who works at this location in Port Colborne was very rude and did not want to exchange the wrong phone charger that I accidentally bought 2 minutes after I left the store. We are talking a difference in a couple of millimeters in size. The young girl who worked there tolled me she can not refund me but my manager has the power to refund me since they didn't have my proper size charger. The young girl told me my manager is on break so you will have to wait until she come back from break so I waited for the manager to come back from break. Earlier in the parking lot I noticed I got the wrong size one as my charger needs the bigger charger as I have a newer cell phone. We are talking a few milimeter difference. The manager did not want to refund me my money or exchange it. As you can see the package was not even opened. I buy lots of things here as I live down the street. I will now buy all my things at another dollar store ( No Dollarama). I won't buy anything anymore from this dollar store ever again. All I wanted was a simple exchange to my right size phone charger. They will lose more with me not being a returning client that's for sure. This happened in the evening when they we not even busy at all. I guess I am used to buying thing in stores that don't give you any problem to exchange or return an item. Especially when the item is not even opened. Even treasure hunt or Canadian tire that is in the same area would let you exchange or refund you and item you bought 2 minutes after you left the store. Don't sell phone chargers that are minimal in size where I can't tell the difference unless I bring my charger inside the store to compare the size. Horrible experience and horrible company policy that they won't even exchange an item like this one. It's not like I am buying underware. This item will now sit in my house to collect dust as I can not ever use it. (DON'T BUY THESE TYPES OF ITEMS HERE AS THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES AT DOLLARAMA)
