Beware if you are a seller, you might find you are donating instead. (Owners words) I have brought lots of items into the store but this last time I was told I missed the 6 months cut off to pick up my credit, I had the 6 months posted in my calendar and I still had a week left. I am a Florida snowbird so I time everything by 6 months, as some people might understand. Very disappointed with the attitude I received, I was told I was splitting hairs and hung up on me. 6 months is 6 months in my book. I am disappointed as the store has a good concept but no one is perfect, mistakes can be made. Give a token credit and apologize for getting rid of the earned credit too soon. My last credit was 75.00 so I do bring saleable items. Sad this could not be rectified to keep a loyal Dover customer.

I ordered a few items off their website. User friendly and quick service, good communication through email. I chose to pick up at location. First time there and what an adorable shop. Lovely staff and so many beautiful clothing and accessorie items. A must when you're in the area. Thank you
