My name is Jean Weichel, a client with Pindrop, Port Elgin, and recently required replacement hearing aids. I found Chuck Sercan , Hearing Instrument Dispenser, very personable, patient and has a thorough knowledge of hearing aids in general. He is able to compare and define in depth the different types of hearing aids available. He answers questions in detail, and presents a pleasant atmosphere.
