I waited awhile to write this and it never sat right with me, this was an unpleasant visit and we no longer go there because of it, in short, my wife and I ordered prescription sun glasses, after a few months we both noticed that our vision was off with the new glasses, we went back in and the lady who fit our glasses told us that we should have sorted it out and the focus zone had to be established and we should have asked. This made zero sense to us and we have never worn them again, giant waste of money, when I asked if we could just purchase normal lenses in she told me to go to Ray-Ban website..

Eye glasses needed a new nose attachment. Staff was most accomodating and very polite. Thank you so much for helping me. Highly recommend this business.

I visited there office today via appointment as per their request to discuss and possibly order new safety glasses and/ or just safety lenses for my existing pairs of safety frames. I decided on going with 2 safety lenses, but the online billing was denied because the person I dealt at this company tried to bill my insurance company for personal glasses and not safety glasses. I immediately called my insurance company and they said that this company can fax them the bill and it would be taken care of under my safety glasses benefit. I advised this company, but they refused to spend 2 minutes faxing my insurance company. If they cannot take 2 minutes to provide decent customer service then they have lost a customer and ill be telling everyone that I know about the poor customer service coming from this company. So tired of bad customer service! They deserve no stars!
