Absolutely without a Doubt the best place in Bruce and Grey County for footcare. Not too sure what the other poster that gave a poor review problem was, but from my experiences here on all my visits over the years I have never ever had a problem and received only the highest care in a friendly atmosphere from an extremely highly qualified Professional named Anita. Appointments are made and an email is immediately sent to confirm the appt. right after it is made and 2 days before the appt date a telephone call is made to your supplied telephone number again confirming the appt along with another email being sent out. You should be answering these enquiries to confirm you are coming. I assume if you dont someone else gets your appt. Seems fair to me.. Yes you have to wear a mask as I am required to do at all my other medical appointments IE: Physio Therapy, Massage, Dr Visits, Dentist visits etc. That is their right to require this for safety of the Practitoner and their staff. If you don't agree, Leave..Go elsewhere, don't start reciting what you believe are your rights. It is her Office and her rules plain and simple.. made for the protection of everyone, customers and staff in the office.

Well first off when I made the appointment I confirmed there was no requirement for a mask then when I showed up for my appointment today after being on vacation up until Monday night and then straight to work for two days I had no chance to confirm the appointment but I showed up on time as I was supposed to be. I was met aggressively stating that Ive been pulled from the schedule because they couldnt get a hold of me nothing was stated when I made the appointment about having to confirm or else I wouldve given them my work email given my job at work that doesnt mean I wouldve seen the email either after I kind of pleaded my case with them they agreed to see me still. I filled out the paperwork but then was greeted with aggressiveness about having to wear a mask to which I said I do not consent nor is there a Mandate that requires it to which she stated she has her own mandate I told her this is discrimination and shes not allowed to do this. I would not go back to this business ever nor would I recommend it to anyone extremely rude extremely aggressive power trippingClearly not very good at their profession as they dont understand science and medicine to think that a mask is still required at this stage get with the proper science people
