        Was in contact with a saleswoman (Kate) and inquired about a vehicle. Now because I am retired and I wouldn't be able to get financing, I told her that I would be purchasing the vehicle outright. As soon as that was said, she told me the SUV was sold (first lie). When I asked she then told me the manager wasn't interested because it's cash, I'm from out of town. They only want to finance because they can make more money off of you. Great way to obtain a lasting relationship with a new customer. Be aware of this dealership. Nothing but lies and half truths. Nice of the "owner' to respond with such detailed information. Don't wanna sell me a car cause they can't make more money of financing. Cause the $172k isn't enough. You guys are a joke and I see the amount of negative reviews, and now I can see why.
