        We stayed here for a period of three months between house selling and buying. We absolutely loved it as it was cosy and directly on the Ganasraska River which we round to be rather soothing. It is also within walking distance of all that the historical downtown of Port Hope ON has to offer. During the daytime, you can enjoy the rhythm of the surroundings and in the evenings the beautifully lit downtown core. We would not hesitate to return and really felt a bit melancholy upon our departure.
