I was really impressed with Mackenzie Heating & Air Duct Conditioning. They were flexible and got me the exact day I wanted to have the work done. They showed up on time and did a very thorough job. The technician walked me through all of the steps and even cleaned the exterior area. My heater is now working quite well, I would definitely recommend. thanks !!! After calling and requesting service for my furnace I was told they would get back to me. Well, they never got back to me. The same thing happened a couple of years ago and I decided to give them another try this year. If a business cannot be bothered to return your calls or set up appointments, that business doesn't deserve my business. They used to be a good company....don't know what happened to them. I would avoid them if possible.

Contacted the office and they returned with a estimate on what I had requested. Next day a technician attended to fixing our furnace, which is running perfect. Highly recommend Mckenzie Heating.

My wife had to cal 4 separate times for an issue that was initially identified by one of their own technicians. They stood us up on their 1st appt than 3 additional calls later to see if they were even interested in completing the repair. Finally they sent not 1 but 2 techs out for a 20 minute job that only 1 person was needed for, they didnt need any supplies. The invoice came 3 weeks later and they tried to charge us 2 man hrs for the service call that only 1 was needed. Needless to say my wife and I were not happy with the level of service and professionalism by the team. We then contacted the office to discuss the concerns only to be blown off and that the owner was on vacation, they would forward our issue on to him. We then get another call for invoice collection but still no call from the owner. My wife said we were not paying until we heard from the owner. We received an email with a minor reduction but still no contact from the him. My wifes family had been a long term customer for over 25yrs and to get this type of service was very disappointing. We will not be using them in the future for any service due to this issue. Obviously they are not interested in what we have to say we paid the bill in the end.
