Ian has done several jobs for us and was excellent.

Unbelievably unprofessional. We hired Ian to do a set of engineered drawings for a concrete floor and steel beams in a garage. We made an appointment with him in November he moved us to Dec 6th which is fine at least he called. Then on Dec 6th he came out without anything to measure and scheduled another meeting with us a week later to measure up. He did not show!! 3 weeks later he called after we left umpteen messages. Finally he came out to measure on January 17th and we asked him if you can do this for us what is your timing, he assured us he was just busy at that time but he only needs to do the sketch everything else is ready. Today is February 22nd and we have had zero contact from him we have left messages for him at his office and on his cell. Apparently after talking to people around town this is his regular occurrence with his jobs. I guess he doesn't want to stay busy in a small town like port Perry which is where his office is... So much for trying to support local business
