Looking for furniture or appliances, especially in the Port Perry area? You can do no wrong going to Homestead Furniture and Appliances at the causeway. They have a great selection and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I dealt with Miranda and she came through with everything promised. The guys that delivered my stove were courteous and did an excellent job. If you don't live in Port Perry they're still worth the drive.

Needed a new dryer fast when the old one quit. Running an Airbnb with more guests on their way and the laundry doesnt dry itself, you know. Homestead said they could deliver quick and had models in stock. So to the store I went and had it paid for and booked in no time with their great help. Boys dropped off the new dryer and took the old one as promised. Problem solved just like that. Too easy!! Thanks Homestead. Erich

Had the best experience with Homestead Furniture. My husband and I ordered a new bedroom set around Christmas time. Anyone whos ordered furniture lately knows that there is often a delay in shipping. Well it finally came in and we were so excited! Tyler and Chad came to deliver. They didnt just deliver. They set it all up, moved the old furniture out and put it where I wanted it, took away all the packaging and were very patient with me while I vacuumed under where the bed was before the new one went in (how often do you have the chance to do a good vacuuming under the bed?). They were so respectful, taking their shoes off every time they entered the house. And so very careful with the furniture, not a single mark on any walls. (I hit my walls regularly just doing laundry so I really appreciated it with all this large, not easy to maneuver furniture!) Yes Tyler is the manager of the store but he showed up to deliver my furniture. I found out that the other delivery person had an emergency and couldnt come to work that day. Tyler said he didnt want to reschedule because he knew we had already waited so long. The ladies in the store are top notch as well. Patrizia was very patient dealing with all my email enquires. Truly the best customer service Ive experienced in a long time! Weve bought from Homestead before but this was the first time weve had anything delivered and experienced the outstanding service. The store itself might be small but they can order in a lot more. Honestly, theres no reason to buy furniture anywhere else. I know well be back!

Tyler and his team go out of their way to make you comfortable and help you choose the right piece of furniture, appliance, stool or whatever your home style purchase is. They ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. They go above and beyond, from the time you walk in the door, to the purchase process, to the time you leave the store. The experience creates loyalty and you want to go back and purchase more! Tyler and his staff are so welcoming, kind, compassionate, loyal, respectful amd always are laughing and having a good time with themselves and their customers. I know this as I have shopped there for over 22 years. Almost everything in my Uxbridge home is from Homestead. I just purchased all new kitchen appliances (Microwave Hood, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Stove). I had a VERY tough spot for my fridge to fit in and Tyler knew exactly what I needed and pulled it up on line. I bought it sight unseen and it fit PERFECTLY and makes my entire kitchen. Better then the fridge I had there to begin with. WOW, Tyler you ROCK. Honestly, Like an entire brand new kitchen for me. Thank you. I can't wait to purchase my Palliser Chairs for my Golf Simulator for the she shack Party Garage.
