Our experience with this law firm has been terrible. Representative was not personable, did not explain anything to us and when asked to explain things further, responded with short rude answers like its written in your paperwork. Today we received an email from this same rep saying that we owe the town of Whitby approximately 6 months worth of property tax on the home that we closed on in July, with no explanation. When asked for an explanation hours later, we received an out of office till Jan 6 response. Awesome, Happy Holidays! Unfortunately the sale of our home has been made unnecessarily more stressful at the hands of this firm.
