Quality Plus saved me from unnecessarily spending thousands of dollars. My furnace stopped working and another HVAC company came to look at it and immediately told me it had to be replaced, giving me an expensive quote. I called a few HVAC companies to compare quotes for furnaces, thinking I needed a new one. Thank God for Quality Plus. Based on the type of furnace and the amount of years I had had it, they didn't believe it needed to be replaced. They came by to give me a complimentary second opinion and repaired it in 15 minutes. They ran analytics on the furnace and determined that it's functioning perfectly fine. If I hadn't gotten that second opinion from Todd and his son, my finances would look dramatically different right now. They're honest, competent people who can be trusted to do the job.
