        Very unprofessional....period! *As a response to the reply...non-professionalism shows true here. Reviews are used to make others aware of their concerns. If every time a negative review is given the go to is bullying? That is very sad. Trying to brow beat into removing a negative review is not only considered "bullying" but also borders misogyny. The company was contacted to provide a service that was not done. Change a UV light, look at the iron filter to see if it was working properly and maybe water test as there were concerns. Instead a quote for a new partial system was given for $7000 and then also charged $270 to give the estimate! That is absurd. Hence why we did not move forward with this contractor.
