        They don't answer the phone. Direct you to website. Website states no availability (no matter which date you put in) directs you to another phone number. That number is an answering machine. Show up at the address (residential home). Homeowner advised business is permanently closed.

        The owner and his team were exceptional! We had a major hiccup when we accidentally went to the wrong location and missed our reservations of 2 jetski's. After realizing our mistake and a couple meltdowns later we finally made it 3.5 hours late. The Owner and his staff were so understanding and were able to squeeze my kids and I in without hesitation. Customer service at its best for taking our mistake and our day that we thought would be ruined and they completely turned it around. Kudos to Splash Port Stanley! Would recommend to anyone. I really hope you guys find a new location, we will definitely be back!
