George Jackson Toyota

We have been coming to George Jackson for our Toyotas for 23 years and have always found Dave, Warren and the rest of the team to be outstanding. They are honest and hard working. Very knowledgeable. The service department is fantastic and never try to upsell when the cars go in for regular maintenance. We have found them to be the most competitive for pricing not only in the Ottawa valley but in the city as well. We look forward to buying many more Toyotas from them in the future!

NOT neuro-divergent friendly. I've never felt comfortable walking in there, and the recent experience of an autistic friend proved why.

Denied servicing a mentally diasbled adults vehicle for an offhand comment made about not getting ripped off by toyota on a **social media platform** literally a month and some previous. Semi stalkerish behaviour for one, and to call and cancel an already made appointment for such a reason? Honestly immature on their part. *eidt* Forgot to mention, I was told in a vaguely threatening manner that "it was in my best interest not to have my vehicle serviced there now" Careful, don't talk badly about anywhere. It's 2023.
