Helen is a very good specialist! She helped me very much this year with my long-lasting knee pain and digestion issues. When came to her, my knee was swollen as a result of relapse of an old trauma, I had to reduce my sport activities, I could not walk fast and had pains in the night. Now its already two months since Ive started the therapy which includes acupuncture, cupping massage, and hand massage, and, I have to say, the results are great so far. The first session was mostly an introduction to acupuncture (I have never done that before and was a bit afraid of the needles), but I felt so relaxed and calm, so it was enough for me to come again. Second session was more of a real treatment, and I finally felt a relief from both my knee pain and digestion issues. After three weeks of therapy I returned to cycling twice a week and increased distances every week. Im not saying that the knee problem has gone completely I guess old traumas arent that quick to heal. But Im happy to back to my normal life and I feel very good after every session.
