I recently had City Energy come out to repair my furnace in Richmond Hill. The technician explained the issue as he worked, which I really appreciate. These guys were right on par with the initial estimate-no surprises or hidden costs and a fraction of what the bigger companies charge!

My furnace stopped working the night before. The tempreture in our home rapidly dropped to -1 degrees. Yesterday's morning, I contacted Bob from city energy for a same day repair. Although he had a busy day, he still accommodated my request. Bob showed up early and accurately diagnosed the problem.Bob went to the authorized dealer and purchased the part. He was back in an hour and installed the part. The heat was working again. Bob was professional, knowledgeable, skilled and reasonable! Price He did amazing work for a reasonable price (compared to the quotes I received from other places) I highly recommend City Energy Heating and Air Conditioning!!
