Steve Brannon repaired my washing machine today. I found him to be very professional, courteous and honest. He is very knowledgeable about home appliances and fixed my washer quickly and at a reasonable price. He also gave me advice on how to use my washer correctly to avoid any further problems. I haven't actually visited this location, but Steve Brannan did repair my washing machine once. He has been an excellent guest on the CBC Ontario's phone in show during lunchtime. The repair work on my washing machine was excellent and fast.

Beware of this company! He charged me $280 to fix a dishwasher that was not draining. While hes writing the invoice, he tells me that the dishwasher may require a replacement part that would bring total repair cost to around $480. The dishwasher was not fixed at all, still didnt drain. What he should have done was properly diagnose the issue, give me the option to repair at $480 vs buying a new one. Instead he left me with a broken dishwasher, took my money anyway, while knowing that I would need to spend even more money to properly fix the problem. I feel ripped off. Owner will respond making me out as uninformed but his partial fix was no fix at all; the dishwasher NEVER drained after he left. I ended up buying buying a new dishwasher. Dont use this company. Steve showed up at the agreed-upon time (that alone is unusual!), fixed my dishwasher and my washer & dryer. Suggested I purchase a new fridge rather than his repairing it, with advice re which manufacturers to avoid. I will definitely hire him again.
