I recently sent information to vacuum ware house in Richmond Hill area for my expensive Bagless Miele Vacuum Cleaner!! I live in the Ottawa area! I Showed photos via email of the 3 broken parts along with my address and phone number! It was under warranty however, I wasnt sure if the warranty would cover the 3 broken pieces! Leo, was extremely efficient in gathering the information needed for Miele! Today, I received the best news from Leo that the 3 parts are indeed covered under warranty and will be delivered to my home next week!!! Thank you Leo for your Exceptional, Professional and Follow-up Service with my Miele vacuum cleaner!! I am Extremely Pleased with such Great Service!!
