Very unpleasant experience dealing with this company, I recommend you save your time and money and go with a company with product in stock. I cannot speak to the quality of the product as my order was canceled before receiving after waiting 2 months. Looking at the reviews I'm not the only one with this experience.

Expect to wait months for anything. We've ordered a wagon and various attachments on different dates. Each time the website tells us 2 weeks, we end up waiting at least 2 months without even so much as an update. Still waiting on a rain cover we ordered over a month ago, hasn't shipped yet. Was hoping to have it before the end of spring but that's not likely at this point. The last order, seems like they only shipped after we emailed them. We're paying a good +$1000 for this thing, the least you could do is keep your customers updated/informed of any shipping delays (obvious from other reviews that I'm not the only one with this problem). Nice wagon, however I'm starting to wish I had of went with a more reputable company.

I was looking into getting one for a while and Im so glad I did. Its a life changer. I have an autistic 4 year old who weighs over 65 pounds he loves to run away or not want to walk. I also have a grand baby as well as taking care of other children. This is great for All ages. The kids absolutely love it. I love it Kitty approved too

I bought a four harness wagon from Familyeasy last year for my daughter! At that time, my daughter had 6 month old twins, a 2 year old and a 4 year old! Without the wagon she was house bound! The harnesses make it safe for all the children and gave support to the little ones who were just sitting up. The wagon is amazing and weve had so many ask about it. Craig quickly responds to questions and ships as quickly as possible! Were delighted with our product and highly recommend buying from this company.
