Bought a refurbished Dell XPS 15 from these guys and it didn't last a year. My warranty expired by the time I contacted them, so they told me I was out of luck. Do not trust any refurbished products sold by this company. Very unhappy with my purchase and customer service.

Purchased a Dell laptop from DCR on Best Buy. Price was great but there was a problem with the unit. Five stars for excellent customer service! They got back to me quickly, walked me through the process, and are sending a replacement right away. Thanks!

Im putting this up because I think their service deserves a bit more praise. I order a Dell monitor which later had screen glitching issues, they offered me a full replacement, unfortunately the other monitor they sent as a replacement had one stuck pixel, I told them about it and I got a another replacement. As far as I'm aware, the quality control on my specific refurbished monitor was not the best......but.....the service and support they provided under warranty was amazing. So all things considered I'd usually rate 4 stars because it was a pain to ship back 2 monitors but I chalk it up to buying a monitor refurbished, it's used so sometimes there are issues with these products. For me I literally saved over 1400 on a monitor by buying through them and in the end it was all resolved. Great service guys!
