I have worked with Frans a few years ago when my family and I moved into our new home. That time, Frans competed all ESA requirements to ensure my home passed the ESA inspection. Fast forward 7 years later I called Frans yesterday and he still had my name and phone number saved. Frans agreed to come to the house the next day and moved a light switch and 2 light fixtures as we were getting trim work done at our house.
