Approx 2 stars seems to be related from experience From attempting to clarify information and ask one question 2 different stores first store - 1 of 3 attempts were successful getting assistance of which was at point of sale and there appeared to be constraint by corporation policy/systems Online - 1/2 attempts were successful helpful and again seemed to be constrained by policy/systems 2nd attempt referred me to a store - and there was to a "followup call" (assist would be today or tomorrow and problem solved before call back) Second store, after online attempts was not helpful, referred me back to online or customer service. There i would have "priority over the store" Going back online and attempting again, there seemed to be progress on the concern and was resolved without assistance or followup Though the items purchased were not of high cost that which was experienced may have been of value May Goodness help all those working together and who are knowing, unknowing and, as we are all, learning, while shopping for computers Thank you for reading , consideration Take care

These guys are a bunch of sleezeballs. First time I ever bought a computer here, it was defective, and they didn't have stock on a replacement. So when I asked to return it, they wanted to charge me a restocking fee of over $150. When they didn't even have stock to offer me. The staff were rude and condescending to me during this process. Fast forward to today, and I purchased a Monitor from these clowns. It was an entry level monitor for $280. 2 days later, I see the same Monitor at The Brick for $50 less. I go in to inquire about a price protection, and they inform me that The Brick isn't on their Price protection list, and they can't help me. Nowhere on their website do they exclude The Brick. They indicate that they will match the price and beat it by 10% of the difference from any authorized retailer. Are they suggesting The Brick is not authorized for LG? Best part is, if I return the monitor, and buy from The Brick, they will hit me with a restock fee. Look online, and this is a common theme. This place should not be in business.

If I could leave a zero star review, I would, but here, I have to give them at least 1 star.... Oh, what a useless company to deal with. Absolutely useless. Been calling them weekly for almost 2 months straight trying to get any sort of response on the issue with my laptop I sent in for repair, and every week it's the same story - "Oh, the supervisor will call you this week with resolution - you're at the top of the priority queue, and we're just waiting an answer from the store on this issue, something, something"... I am pretty sure I can give these people 2 years and call back every week and I'd still get the same response. Jesus, I've never wished anyone this much bad juju in my life, but here we are, where I hope these guys go bankrupt and the owners end up being sued for fraud and go bankrupt.
