Dear O'Hara Technologies, As President of my company I personally have reached out to your accounting office to request a refund of said $20,000 paid as deposit. For 2 years you have ignored my requests for refund of our down payment on equipment that was not fully contracted and readied when requested. Since 2012 I have asked your accounting department for a full refund of our US dollars. I even had our corporate counsel, a USA law firm send you a demand letter requesting a full refund. To date you have ignored all attempted correspondence in our lawful request for a refund. I now take this request to the Public forum for others to see your unlawful business practice apparently your company in Canada affords you some kind of luxury to ignore requests from US Law. Regardless I will continue to request your response in the Public spot light for our full refund of the monies we paid and which said contract was not delivered upon. I urge you to comply with our request for full refund immediately, otherwise we shall continue to publicize our agenda. The next posting will include a copy of our refund memo's to which you've completely ignored, and the additional legal memo as well. In pursuit of fair & honest business practices I make this known so others affected by your activities can become aware. These guys are crooks, avoid them like the plague.
