JAGUAR LAND ROVER THORNHILL PRE-OWNED CENTRE

JLR THORNHILL SERVICE- How long does it usually take you all to get a warranty repair/check-up service appointment with a loaner(courtesy) vehicle? Seems like JLR Thornhill service here in Canada (Greater Toronto Area) is going from bad to worse. 2 weeks! They don't even seem to care if some serious damage is done to you or the car while driving it in a problematic condition. The other option is to just drop off the vehicle and head back home (50kms one way in my case) which isn't a viable option! The service quality for Lexus and Acccura is hear is heaven when compared to this! Seems like this is the heavy price I need to pay for being loyal to the Jaguar brand since 2012... They are doing nothing but digging their own grave.

These guys are just incredible. As an avid purchaser of every German brand (also Land Rover) over the past several years, thus having dealt with several OEM dealerships in the GTA, Christian, Leo and the staff at Jaguar Land Rover Thornhill is nothing short of amazing. Their service is simply exceptional. Would highly recommend this particular dealership.
