First Roots Early Education Academy

I enrolled my child in this preschool and have been extremely disappointed with the level of care they have received. The staff seems more concerned with making the children nap quickly, rather than making sure they are safe and well taken care of. This was especially concerning when my child sustained three bruises on face, and the staff did not notice. When we brought this to the staff's attention, they were only concerned with us signing an accident report. This level of neglect is unacceptable, and I can not recommend this daycare to any other parents."

My daughter in preschool 3. Ms Yasmine and Ms Dahee are very responsible. Taking care my daughter better than me. Highly recommend Yasmine and Dahee.

As a mom to an infant, I couldn't be any happier!! I was extremely worried, how will my 10 month old react to a new environment. Let me tell you we were BLESSED. These ppl really care for every child's needs! They have done above and beyond of making me and my child feel safe, loved, and taken care of!! My 10 month old transitioned so fast thanks to Mrs Charlene (infant room teacher) Mrs Boram and Peter (Supervisors). This team is very attentive. Mrs Sunny (Chef) makes sure that the kids will get all the variety of fruits and vegetables. The team is very kind, and the Center is very well maintained aseptically now with covid times. They deserve 10 Star review! Keep up the good work! Edit: 2023 My child is now 3 we are still there and still very happy!!

My baby girl is in infant class and she is so happy there. All staff and teachers are so kind and caring. I feel she is in good hands.Im so grateful and choosing first roots was the best decision. Thank you first root team

Charlotte enjoyed her toddler and pre-school years at First Roots. The school has its own plaza complexlots of parking, and own in-house kitchen. The school has a great sunny outdoor playground far from the city roads. Thanks to the educators in her class, my daughter built up many skill sets, such as presentation, organizational and critical thinking skills. Shes intelligent and independent. She made some good friends here whom she wants to bring to Disneyland. Also, many parents educated their kids well, and the children developed good habits by learning from their peers. For parents, last year, we suffered a couple of pandemic waves. The school handled it very well and provided parents with lots of flexibility. Although there is some room for improvement (no matter for which school), I endorsed this as an excellent school out of a group of other options. I truly appreciate all the efforts the management team and educators have made.
