Beverly Hills Dry Cleaners & Alterations Inc.

Brought my new suit and shirt in for dry cleaning, but the store is always closed (I made several visits over the past 2 weeks to pick up dry cleaning) and the landlord has now put a notice on the front door. I won't be surprised if they reply to this review with their boilerplate response "Unfortunately we cant find any records of you, if you need further assistance please give us a call..." Unfortunately, their phone numbers are not in service and no voicemail can be left.

Their new location is inside of Richmond hill T&T plaza, however no one was at the store and there was a notice at the door saying the store was locked up by landlord so no one can go in. There were a couple of other people wanting to get their clothes back too when I was there, however the owner wasnt picking up the calls.

I was here before, I liked their service. Last year, they did a good job in repairing my wedding dress, but this time I called many times and nobody picking up my calls, and also the store is always closed during business hours. I cannot get my item. I think it's been almost a month already. I'm glad it's only 1 item and not expensive. So I can just give it to you guys. Because it's getting my nerves already .

AVOID this place. They have communication issues. My partner took something there to be fixed, and they told him it was ok for me to pick it up in a couple of days. The day i was meant to pick it up, he called and checked in with them-and they said it was ready. I drove all the way there to pick it up, and she tells me she didnt have time to work on it. And she wouldnt answer me properly when I asked her didnt my partner call you guys to ask if its ready? So she said we will deliver it tonight or tomorrow for you, with no charge. A few days passed no delivery no nothing and no call. So my partner just went by today to pick it up because we were fed up (even though she did not fix it yet). Her response was it is alright, and she needed more time to get the right color for the zipper. None of this was communicated AT ALL to us. Why make your customers come to pick something up that is NOT ready. And she assumed i lived in the same building as their business. Honestly they are not honest and their service is terrible. I only rated one star because I could not rate less. What a waste of our time.
