They did a good job but the lady absolutely ruined it. She is really mean. I said if I could pay with credit card and she flipped out on me. The husband on the other hand was nice.

WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE. The lady running the place is an absolute monster and a bully! She tried to charge me $10 initially for each piece of a tiny alteration and a shocking amount to dry clean a simple winter coat. Once I declined to do the dry cleaning and only alterations, she raised the price for each item of the alterations because I didnt let her dry clean my coat. I told her if thats how you do business, I wont do any thing and she tossed my clothing back onto the counter. Stay away if you value your dignity and wallet. She should be out of business and has no reason to even run an abysmal service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Dont come here for alterations. The price is high and the lady didn't know how to do her job at all. What she said she could do, and what I received is not the same thing! We visited twice for the same issue, and in the end, I just gave up. What we agreed on and what we received is not the same thing! Please don't come here, you'll just waste your money. This is the first time I've written a google review because I'm just so speechless on how bad their alteration service was. Service: Alterations
