Working with Toronto City Contracting is definitely the best experience you can get either for your home or business. I've done my house and office as well and both of them were impeccable: pricing, service quality, speed and cleanliness all perfect. Not only Rubens (the owner) was actively present in all phases overseeing every aspect of the project but all of his tradesmen are extremely knowledgeable and skilled professionals.

I have used TCC on a few projects in Toronto for insulation and drywall finishing. Work was done well , on budget and to a reasonable time line. They left the site clean and came back promptly to address in minor deficiencies. pretty much what you want from a trade.

We hired Toronto Citty Contracting to do the insulation of the attic, the reconfigured walls and drywalling on the upper and main floors. They did a very good job, communication with Rubens was very good, the finishing looks professional. There were slight hiccups with scheduling and the daily mess left behind was unsettling, but they sent a cleaning crew every few days. This was bothering only because we lived through the construction, but otherwise, might not be an issue. All in all, I would recommend this company.
