From my initial call and through power restoration to the dishwasher last Saturday, FRANK was responsive, courteous and a thorough professional. The on-site estimate was free. Discussed work was completed following day, with unasked senior's discount to boot! He even sent his assistant electrician to go buy crazy glue (zero charge for added time or glue!) to fix flaws with lighting fixtures bought by us from third party!! Frank surprised us( Jack and Tulie) last Saturday after fixing diswasher power issues - no charge!!! We and our friends and family will surely turn to Frank for our next home electrician needs. I would give Ready and Easy Electric more than a 5 star review! My home is aluminum wiring with 100A fuse panel all of which needed upgrading and which was required to bring to code. Frank and his team did the best job EVER inspecting, correcting and upgrading every facet required to ensure my home was safe, and to code with ESA. I was so delighted to have found such an honest, trustworthy, and incredible electrician to complete this job! Frank pointed out any issue which needed to be corrected and he took the time to educate and explain everything! I never felt pressured at all and most importantly felt great comfort and trust in his work; NEVER a doubt in the ability of the service he was providing. Another thing which I found to be most endearing was that Frank did not take a dime up front which I found to be so unusual with contractors. It was extremely important to him that he completed the job correctly and that ESA inspections were complete before asking for a penny! If you are seeking an amazing electrician who is brilliant at his trade, super intelligent, honest and get's the job done, please call Frank - he will NOT let you down.
